Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From September 13, 2014 to December 21, 2014, the Defendant was under suspension of the driving license, but around 08:00 on September 19, 2014, the Defendant driven a car of approximately 2 km from the front of the GH3 complex to the front of the rewing distance.
