A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with labor and 4 months of not guilty due to a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) at the Incheon District Court on November 18, 2015, and the Prosecutor appealed on November 25, 2015, and the judgment of conviction became final and conclusive on November 26, 201.

1. On October 28, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (after-accidents), while driving a vehicle of JTD XG on the road above the Cheongcheon-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the Defendant failed to take necessary measures, such as aiding and abetting the victim KV (45 years old) driving while neglecting his/her duty of care to check the safety of course by properly examining the Cheongcheon-dong room and the left and right of his/her way, and by neglecting his/her duty of care to proceed, while driving the vehicle above the above SM5 car on the part of the victim KK (45 years old) driving while driving the vehicle above the above SM5 car with the repair cost of KRW 564,496 and stopping the vehicle immediately.
