1. As to KRW 90,727,410 and KRW 20,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 90,727,410 from August 12, 2015 to March 29, 2016.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "Agricultural Cooperative Federation") loaned KRW 20,00,000 to the defendant on August 23, 1999 as the maturity date for payment on August 23, 199; ② the defendant used the credit card issued by the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation with the credit card; ③ as of August 12, 2015, the above Paragraph (1) as of August 12, 2015, KRW 65,51,51,128, including the principal amount and interest, KRW 4,976,332, KRW 20,19,950, KRW 25,176,176, and KRW 31,128,000 to the defendant; and ④ The credit card bank transferred the credit card payment to the defendant, and notified the defendant of the transfer to the defendant.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the money stated in Paragraph 1 of this Article to the plaintiff, and the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
