1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. Plaintiffs A, D, F, I, and K are bereaved families of those who died due to the explosion of mines, and Plaintiffs B, C, E, G, H, and J are wounded due to the explosion of mines.

B. As indicated below, the Plaintiffs applied for the payment of consolation benefits, etc. to the Defendant pursuant to the Special Act on the Support for Mine Victims (hereinafter “the Act”), and the Working Committee for Determination of Disability Ratings belonging to the Defendant deliberated and resolved on the disability grade and disability rating, etc. against the injured Plaintiffs, and the Defendant recognized the Plaintiffs as the victims of mine accidents or their bereaved family members, and decided to pay consolation benefits, etc. to the Plaintiffs.

(1) On September 1, 2015, the Minister of Health and Welfare: (a) paid on September 1, 2015, the deceased 20,000 won (hereinafter “instant disposition”); (b) paid on July 31, 2017, KRW 20,000; (c) paid on July 16, 2015, KRW 20,000; (d) paid on July 16, 2015; (d) paid on July 30, 197, KRW 12.80,000; (e) paid on July 31, 2017; (e) paid on July 31, 2017; (e) KRW 80,000; (e) paid on May 6, 2015; and (e) paid on May 31, 2017; and (e) paid on May 31, 2017, KRW 2015.
