A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2, 2013, the Defendant injured the victim B: (a) 307 meta-si Damoel 307, which was administered together with the victim B (here, 43 years of age) on November 2, 2013; (b) the victim took a bath to the victim’s head; (c) the victim took a bath to the victim’s head; (d) the victim’s face and head can be kept up; (e) the victim’s face and head can be walked to the victim’s body; (e) the victim intending to flee to the victim’s head to the victim’s head, harming the victim’s head; and (e) the victim’s name cannot be sat down to the victim’s hand; and (e) the victim’s face cannot be satched to the victim’s head; and (e) the victim satn the victim’s face to the victim’s head; and (e) the victim’s name cannot be s loss.

2. 피해자 E에 대한 상해 피고인은 위 1항과 같은 날 22:20경 위 D모텔 307호 앞 복도에서, 위 B의 비명소리를 듣고 온 D모텔 업주인 피해자 E(남, 40세)을 보고 별다른 이유 없이 “니는 뭐꼬 ”라고 하며 오른 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴 부위를 1회 때렸고, 이때 피고인을 피해 도망가는 B를 쫓아가려는 것을 피해자가 만류하자 다시 피해자에게 "야이 씹할 새끼, 개새끼야, 씹새끼야, 죽여 버린다"라고 욕설하며 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴부위를 1대 때리고, 양손으로 피해자의 머리채를 잡아 흔들었고, 같은 날 22:30경 112신고를 받고 출동한 거제경찰서 F지구대 소속 경위 G 및 순경 H가 흥분한 피고인을 제지하려 하자 다시 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴을 2회 때렸다.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as fluoral salt fluor, which requires treatment for about two weeks.
