Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act was unable to operate a motor vehicle which was not covered by mandatory insurance. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant, around April 18, 2018, operated a car with a car located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, on the back side, without being covered by mandatory insurance at a five-meter section within the parking lot.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of drinking), the Defendant driven the car cniff quantity at five meters in a state of drinking at the same time and at the same place as set forth in paragraph 1.
