On October 28, 2016, the Defendant driven a chip wing car and proceeded with 278-ro 278 from the Geumdong-gu Geum Riverheading to the inner intersection of the Geum Riverheading, the Defendant neglected the right-hand turn signal to the left, and violated the signal within the children’s protection zone.
