Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the B rocketing taxi driving service owned by the gold Haak-si Co., Ltd.

On 10:23 on 201. 21. 201. 21. 201. 208, the Defendant, at Jongno-gu Seoul National Science Center, was driving ahead of the 215 national Seoul Science Center, straighten from the Round to the Chang Gyeonggyeong-do.

The place shall not be operated in excess of the maximum speed of 60K/h.

Nevertheless, the Defendant violated this and operated the said taxi at a speed of 78K/h (e.g. unmanned control camera measurement speed) above 18K/h (e.g., unmanned control camera measurement speed).
