A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013 Godan1555] On July 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on July 29, 2013, at C Park in Jeju-si; (b) on the ground that D and Dong Dong Dong Dong-si (the age of 17) and the victim F (the age of 17) are not adequately heard the horses, the Defendant: (c) made the victim E “a person subject to omission”; and (d) made the victim E as a dangerous object, at a time when the victim’s bucks can be cut off; and (d) made the victim E’s bucks can be cut off with the victim E, and continuously made the victim F’s bucks that are dangerous things, and (d) made it possible for the victim F to buck the victim’s bucks that he received from the Defendant.
