Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On October 21, 201, the Defendant was issued with a summary order of KRW 300,000 by means of interference with general traffic at the Seoul Central District Court on March 21, 201; on March 21, 2012, the Defendant was issued with a fine of KRW 2 million by interference with general traffic at the Seoul Central District Court; on June 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million by interference with general traffic at the Seoul Central District Court on June 20, 2013; and on January 28, 2014, the Defendant was issued with a summary order of KRW 2 million by interference with general traffic at the Dong Branch of the Busan District Court.
