1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A (only referred to as “Defendants” in the following paragraph) is the head of the division of the headquarters of the metal labor union H H branch under the General Federation of the National Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter “Civil Union”).
