A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

80 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an internal director of G Co., Ltd., which issues Internet newspaper “E” and “F”, and the publisher and editor of the foregoing newspaper and magazine.

On July 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) from the JJ’s president of the I Co., Ltd., having been aware of at the main point located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, the Defendant was promoting the construction of a new main complex building on the 12th floor of the 12th floor scale by redevelopmenting the I-owned Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul K ground commercial building; (b) there was a recent refusal to pass the deliberation of the Cultural Heritage Administration in order to obtain the permission, and (c) to obtain the permission. The Defendant accepted the request by the K Cultural Heritage Administration to “doing so that it may pass the deliberation of the Cultural Heritage Administration; (d) obtained the permission; (e) required money to be paid to public officials to obtain the permission.”; and (e) demanded money and valuables.

Accordingly, around July 11, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 80 million in cash from the J in the G Office located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul L for its activities, such as school expenses and expenses for public officials.

As a result, the Defendant received money and valuables on the intermediation of matters belonging to the public official's duties such as the deliberation of cultural heritage phenomenon change committee.
