Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2016, the Defendant driven the B K5 car owned by the Defendant from around 222 to the road near the Silung-si without a driver’s license on May 17, 2016, from around 3 km to the front road of the Silung-si Tax Office.
