A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

On May 23, 2016, at around 08:20 on May 23, 2016, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with B low-speed car at a section of about 3 km from the front road of the So-dong apartment in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-si to the front road of the Dong-dong apartment without obtaining a driver's license.
