Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:20 on November 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a Cart car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of approximately 800 meters in front of the “24 Simart” located in the office of the Defendant at the seat of the Nam-gun, Nannam-gun; (b) on November 30, 2013, the Defendant was engaged in driving the Cart car. Around 22:2:20 on November 30, 2013, the Defendant was driving the Cart car without obtaining a driver’s license. Around 800 meters in front of the “24 Simart” located in the south-gun, Nannam-gun, Nannam-gun, Nannam-gun, the Defendant was a person who is engaged in driving the CR car. On the other hand, the Defendant continued to drive the CR car at the intersection of the Cart car at the 24.m., “Nannam-do.”

Since there are three-distance crossings without a traffic signal, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to keep the traffic situation of the intersection in good condition while driving a temporary stop or slowly while driving a motor vehicle.
