A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2014, the Defendant, at around 21:05 on March 21, 2014, driven a B-be truck under the influence of alcohol with approximately 5km alcohol content of 0.173% from the 5km section to the road front of the Docheon-gu Village, Doncheon-gu, Doncheon-gu, Doncheon-do, Doncheon-do, in the trade unclaimed restaurant located in the south-do, Nam-do, Nam-do.

The Defendant, on March 14, 2014, driven B Poter cargo under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.168% from the section of approximately 400 meters to the front of the post office, where the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.168% of alcohol content from the section of approximately 400 meters to the point of remaining in the south-gun of the 389 Magin Mar. 14, 2014, Nannam-gun, Nannam-gun, Nannam-gun, Nannam-gun, and Nannam-Gun,
