1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 146,70,000 per annum and 12% per annum from March 13, 2019 to the date of Down payment.

The defendant, as a member of the credit community operated by the plaintiff, received 10,00,00 won for 20 years from October 2016 to November 2018, and 50,000 won for 20 years from January 5, 2017, but did not pay 19,60,000 won for 2 years from August 2018 to November 2018 (4 months x 10,000 won for 2 years from 20 years from 10,00 won for 20 years from 20,00 won for 2 years from 20,000 won for 2 years from 20,00 won for 2 years from 20,00 won for 3 months from 20,00 won for 3 months from 20 months from 20,00 won for 3 months from 20,00 won for 2 years from 200,000 won for 3 months from 20 months from 20.

According to the above facts, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the unpaid total amount of KRW 44,800,000 (= KRW 19,600,000), the principal amount of the loan amount of KRW 90,000,000, the interest amount of KRW 11,900,000, and the interest amount of KRW 146,70,000,000, and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 13, 2019 to the date following the delivery of the duplicate of the complaint in this case.

2. The defendant's assertion is based on KRW 90,00,000 borrowed from the plaintiff.
