The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

Reasons
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is as follows: (a) the Defendant subscribed to two different units on May 15, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “the number of units in this case”) other than the number of units in June 15, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “the number of units in this case”) (hereinafter referred to as “the number of units in 2015”); (b) the number of units in 2015 (the number of units in 2015) and two five (3),5,00,000 won (the amount excluding the total amount of KRW 2,00,000,000 from the credit amount of KRW 36,660,000) and the remaining amount of units in 25,000,000 won, which were paid around October 2016.
However, the defendant lent the above amount to the plaintiff according to customary practice, and agreed implicitly to receive the interest of one part per month.
After that, the Plaintiff recognized that the Defendant’s birth was paid in cash in KRW 1.4 million, so the unpaid time limit is KRW 10 million among the above KRW 11.4 million.
Therefore, even if the Defendant withdrawn from the time of receiving the time limit of KRW 30,80,000 from the said time limit, the Defendant paid KRW 19,50,000 to the said time limit, ② the unpaid time limit of KRW 10,000 to the said time limit of KRW 25,000,000 to the said time limit of KRW 30,20,000 per month from June 15, 2017 to January 15, 2018, set off the sum of KRW 70,000,000 per month to the Plaintiff.

In full view of the overall purport of each statement and pleading in Gap evidence Nos. 2 through 4, 6 through 10 (including all branch numbers in cases where a branch number exists) and the whole purport of arguments, the sum of the time limits to be received from various sequences in which the defendant joined = 204,30,000 = (1) the time limits to be received from the various sequences in which the defendant joined = 36 million won per 24 old accounts No. 24 of March 15, 201 (2) the old accounts No. 13 and 327 million won per 13 old accounts No. 13 and April 15, 2013 (3) the old accounts No. 18 old accounts No. 3420, Apr. 15, 2013 (4) 18 old accounts No. 20188, Apr. 15, 2015.
