A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 17:30 on December 17:30, 2012, a traffic accident occurred between D having de facto marital relation with the Defendant and the victim C(the age of 36)’s mother-child E driving in front of the shooting distance in the Suwon-si transfer-gu, Suwon-si.
