Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the entries and arguments in Gap 1, 2-1, 2-2, 3, 4, 5, 1 and 2, the plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with the defendant on March 31, 2006, and the plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter "the building in this case") on August 8, 201 with the defendant on the 25.8m25m2 of the building in this case (hereinafter "6m2"), the lease deposit was KRW 80,500,000 from September 8, 2011 to September 7, 201, the defendant was not obligated to transfer the above lease agreement to the defendant on the ground of the expiration of the lease agreement with the above 2.6m2 of the lease period, and the defendant was not obligated to transfer the lease deposit to the defendant on the 2.6m27m20,000 won, monthly rent, KRW 2,087,000,000.
