A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. In 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the “D” entertainment tavern located in Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Gangwon-do; (b) had the victim’s her mack with the victim E (at the age of 50) and the F Residential Self-Governing Committee; and (c) had the victim her macking with singing, the Defendant had the victim’s mack with his her mack, with his her mack, committed an indecent act against the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

B. C. From February 2, 2016 to March 2, 2016, the Defendant added the part of the victim’s bucks, which was seated on the back seat in the rocketing car owned by the Defendant and parked in the J in the Gangwon-gun I of the Gangwon-gun.

Accordingly, the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

At around 11:40 on April 9, 2016, the Defendant started with the part of the victim’s buckbucks located in the front line in a rocketing car owned by the Defendant, which was parked in the Hacheon-gun K. K. D., the Defendant added the part of the victim’s bucks in his hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. On February 28, 2016, the Defendant attempted to commit indecent act by force on or around 14:10, the Defendant was trying to leave the victim’s seat at the top of the SM5 car operated by the victim, and attempted to leave the victim’s seat on his/her hand, but the victim did not refuse to leave the Defendant’s hand and did not commit an attempted act.

3. The Defendant of intimidation at around 18:00 on March 9, 2016, in relation to the issue of the payment of the sulfur value to the victim N, who is the husband of the above E, in the “Mususa room” located in Gangwon-gun L, Gangwon-do. The Defendant should report to the head of the association and the head of the association.
