A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was a pastor of the "Diplomatic Association" in Gangwon-gu Seoul, and the victim E, F, and G are students who had attended the above church.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Minorly Indecent Act);

A. On May 2012, the Defendant: (a) reported that the Victim F (10 years of age at that time) was seated in the instant D Diplomatic dividends; and (b) caused the bucking that the Victim F (10 years of age at that time), thereby committing an indecent act by force by force, by making the Victim’s own hand hand without any buck that the Victim would resist.
