A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. 2. Although the Defendant did not have an intention or ability to pay the price of the card normally, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving Samsung Card Co., Ltd. with a credit card issued under the name of Samsung Card Co., Ltd.; and (b) paid the price at the Jjuju station located in Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu around June 28, 201; and (c) from that time until January 6, 2014, the Defendant purchased goods, etc. on a total of 27,228,231 won, as shown in the attached Table 1, from that time until January 6, 2014.
