Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2013, at around 01:30 on July 26, 2013, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s door-to-door D Housing 401, which was the former spouse of the victim C, by destroying the victim’s door-to-door (60cm in length) and the entrance door and shower in front of the entrance, which would not open the door.
