A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for 13 years.

The judgment is stated in WD500AKS-0V1AO (No. 1).

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was aware of the fact that the Defendant was in a friendly relationship with the mother of the Victim D (M, E) so that the Victim frequently spreads the Victim, and that the Defendant did not receive adequate protection from the mother of the Victim D and the victim living late at the latest after the divorce, and was willing to engage in sexual intercourse or indecent conduct with the Victim by force.

1. 2. Around October 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children’s Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (e.g., deceptive schemes, etc.), committed sexual intercourse with the victim and his/her body by force with force, on the G vehicle parked in front of the Seo-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City H playter, with the victim (the victim’s age of 13) as drinking water coming from his/her birth.

3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts, such as deceptive schemes against minors under the age of 13) committed an indecent act against the victim by force on May 17, 2014, on the part of G vehicles parked in the border area on May 17, 2014, and on the part of the victim (the age of 12 at the time).
