1. Details of disposition;

A. On November 1, 2002, the Plaintiff entered the Army, and was discharged from active service on October 31, 2006, and then returned to the Army again on January 30, 2009, and was discharged from active service on January 29, 2016.

B. At around June 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) received post-patulation and hydronuclear removal surgery since the outbreak of post-patosive escape symptoms due to a sudden accident in the Yacheon-gun; (b) conducted spin pressure and balcopic surgery again during the severe weather training in January 2013; and (c) on December 2012, the KAcheon-gun Hospital was diagnosed as Cheongcheon-gun and this name as a result of the luscopic test at the Cheongcheon-gun Hospital, Cheongcheon-si, 2012, by asserting that the luscopic escape symptoms occurred; and (d) filed an application for registration on March 14, 2016, by asserting that the luscopic escape surgery was diagnosed as luscop and this name.

C. On August 31, 2016, the Defendant’s application does not meet the requirements of a person who has rendered distinguished service to the State (e.g., vertebrate escape and baccident) but falls under the requirements of a person eligible for veteran’s compensation (e.g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., g., e., e., e., e., e., g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e
