【Criminal Facts】

1. Around September 24, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of the measurement) and was driving a Category C-II truck on the front side of the Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, the Defendant: (a) while driving the Category C truck on the front side of the Gyeong-gun, Seongbuk-gun, the Defendant confirmed the risk of an accident by driving the truck in a remote distance; and (b) the circumstances leading up to the police box of the Sungju Police Station dispatched after receiving a report from 112 report

On September 24, 2019, at around 21:38, the Defendant was found to have driven while under the influence of alcohol, such as rhythming the body properly and rhything at the D police box located in the F of the Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, the Defendant refused a police officer’s request for the measurement of drinking without justifiable grounds by inserting three minutes from slope G for about 10 minutes (21:38, 21:43, 21:48, 21:48), while refusing the measurement of drinking.

As a result, the Defendant violated Article 44 (1) or (2) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice, and simultaneously driven a motor vehicle without a driver's license.
