Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person without any special source of revenue, had no money and had the money so that he can steals another’s goods, and had the customer pretended in the place of his clothes in Ulsan-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-dong, and then has displayed the article;

As a result, the Defendant stolen another person's property equivalent to 201,90 won at the Doz.
