Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 9, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving the e-mail from Korea Forest Elementary School along the first page of the “D Hanwon” in Jeju City, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, on June 17:20, 2014.

2. 도로교통법위반(음주측정거부) 피고인은 제1항 기재와 같은 오토바이 운전 중 중앙선을 침범하여 좌회전한 과실로 피고인 운전 오토바이를 추월하던 버스와 부딪혀 발생한 교통사고로 인하여 호송된 S-중앙병원 응급실에서, 호송 전 음주상태를 감지한 경찰관으로부터 음주 감지 통보를 받고서 출동한 제주서부경찰서 경비교통과 소속 경찰관인 경사 F으로부터 얼굴이 빨갛게 상기된 채 눈이 충혈되어 있는 등 술을 마신 상태로 운전하였다고 인정할 만한 상당한 이유가 있어 같은 날 18:32경, 18:43경, 18:53경, 18:57경 약 25분 동안 4회에 걸쳐 음주측정요구를 받았으나 정당한 사유 없이 이에 응하지 아니하였다.
