The Defendant, at around March 19, 2013, at around 13:57, in the state of having the ability to discern things or make decisions, opened a corrected window before the victim D’s house in Jeju, and opened up to the inside, and intruded upon the victim’s house, and did not realize that intent by cutting off stolen things.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to habitually steals another person's property.
