A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On March 22, 1984, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for up to 2 months with prison labor for up to 100,000 won for the same crime at the Suwon District Court on March 1, 1985; imprisonment with prison labor for up to 10 months with prison labor for up to 20,000 won for the same offense; imprisonment with prison labor for up to 10,000 won at the Seoul District Court on September 3, 1985; imprisonment with prison labor for up to 20,000 won at the same court on June 13, 1987; imprisonment with prison labor for up to 1 and 6 months at the Seoul District Court on November 5, 1991; imprisonment with prison labor for up to 2 months at the Seoul District Court on September 7, 1993 for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; imprisonment with prison labor for up to 1 and 16 years at the Seoul District Court on January 111, 196, 1996.

On February 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 14:21 on February 14, 2013, at the street store operated by the victim E near the Dmarket SM located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, with one set of a single set of 5,00 won at the market price owned by the victim E, which was displayed at the store; (b) continuously approaching the victim F, who was trying to purchase the vessel at the occupation point next to it, and (c) by approaching the right side of the victim F, thereby holding the Defendant’s left hand.
