A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, since November 1, 2010, took over and operated the C Company D Branch from around October 1, 201, and from around October 1, 201, the C Company E branch from around July 17, 2012, terminated the contract on the grounds of the unpaid payment of the land and, as a result of settlement, had a duty to pay approximately KRW 60 million as a result of the settlement, attempted to spread false facts as if the victim F and the Seoul Head of the C Company, who is a person in charge of sales of the C Company, were unilaterally guilty.
