Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 2046] On January 6, 2015, the Defendant opened a door that was parked at the window C of Changwon-si around 15:00, and opened a door that was not corrected for a diver vehicle that was parked therein, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property with cash of KRW 100,000,000,000 owned by the victim E.

In addition, from December 31, 2014 to April 2015, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property amounting to KRW 1850,000,00 in total on five occasions, as shown in the list of crimes, from December 31, 2014 to early police officers.

1. On August 2, 2015, the Defendant, around 03:02, opened a door of a GH car parked in front of the window F of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and stolen KRW 100,000,00 from the wall wall, which is owned by the victim H, who is placed in the front line, 10,000 won and 33,000 won in cash.

2. On September 14, 2015, around 01:00 on September 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a J-to-nur vehicle that was parked in front of the window I in Changwon-si; and (b) cut off a cash of KRW 50,000, credit card 3, physical card 7, and one copy of resident registration certificate, one copy of a driver’s license, and one unclaimed wall on the market price, which is located in front of the window I in Changwon-si.

Around September 18, 2015, the Defendant, around 01:00 on September 18, 2015, destroyed KRW 300,000 in cash from the wall, which is owned by the victim N of the victim, who was parked on the top of the window L of the Changwon-si, by opening a door of Mystya vehicle and taking 300,000 in cash from the wall that is placed on the top of the steering group.

4. On September 20, 2015, around 15:15, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a PNS vehicle parked on the street front of the window in Changwon-si; (b) opened a cell phone owned by the victim Q Q Q, one cell phone in the city of the city; (c) two new passbooks of the national bank; (d) one new card; and (e) one new card; and (e) cut off the market price, which includes one copy of the national card.
