The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On November 27, 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with B on November 27, 2014, insulting the victim E, a police official dispatched after receiving a report that he did not pay the drinking value in D located in the Busan Singu, Busan, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim by stating that “the victim, who is a police official dispatched, is “new, flag, pute, flag, flag, and Chewing flag” at the place of six persons, such as the head of the package and the horse shop, etc.

2. The above facts charged are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records of this case, the victim can be acknowledged to have withdrawn the complaint after the public prosecution was instituted. Thus, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed under Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act and it is so decided as per Disposition.
