A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From May 201, the Defendant, along with C, D, E, F, and G, committed a crime in Pyeongtaek-si: (a) from around around May 201, the Defendant: (b) had installed an oil storage device to steal petroleum on the oil pipeline; (c) had prepared equipment necessary to commit the crime; (d) had informed the other accomplices of the respective role in the scene of the crime; (c) had notified them of the role in conducting the crime; (d) had the role in raising funds necessary for committing the crime; (e) having transported petroleum either sold the ground or reported the network using the train; and (e) having G leased the household building necessary for committing the crime and purchased the two 2.5 tons load loaded on the train; and (e) had the responsibility to see the network when installing the oil.

No person who violates the Oil Pipeline Safety Control Act shall install facilities on oil pipelines to steal oil.

Nevertheless, at a point of approximately 500 meters away from the back of the I household building leased in the name of Pyeongtaek-si H around October 201, the Defendant and C, D, E, F, and G found the oil pipelines laid underground by inserting the land together with F, E, and then installed a device necessary for the oil work so that oil can be deducted only by using the oil valves installed on the ground by connecting the oil pressure spons with C, and G and D used the network near the wife.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, D, E, F, and G, installed facilities to steal oil on the oil pipelines.

B. Special larceny Defendant: (a) from around 19:15 on December 13, 201 to around 19:48 of the same day with C, D, E, F, and G, the oil supply equipment installed in the said I building from around 19:15 to around 19:48 of the same day; (b) was prepared in advance for approximately KRW 300,000,000 at the market price managed by J at the site of the victim/dopco.
