Criminal facts

On June 2018, the Defendant, upon receiving a proposal from C and D, intended to take part in the crime, with the Defendant’s participation in the crime, if he/she finds it possible to extract oil from the pipelines laid underground in “three months E” (hereinafter “victim”) from C and D (hereinafter “instant farmer”).
