1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 353,430,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from June 30, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On September 18, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a goods supply contract with the Defendant for the production and sale of the air circulation, etc., and produced and supplied air circulation, etc. to the Defendant from September 29, 2014 to November 10, 2014, but the Defendant did not pay 353,430,000 won for the goods.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the price for the goods unpaid to the Plaintiff KRW 353,430,000 and the delay damages therefor.

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. The statutory interest rate of 15% per annum is applied as the provisions governing the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals are amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, and thus, the portion in excess of the statutory interest rate is dismissed.
