1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 370,000,000 and the interest thereon from October 1, 2009 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. The statutory interest rate of 15% per annum is applied as the provisions governing the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals are amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, and thus, the portion in excess of the statutory interest rate is dismissed.
