Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the result by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things.

Defendants and G opened and operated a private sports gambling site (H) at a place below the Philippines. Defendant C invested in funds for the operation of the sports gambling site, and continuously inspected the operation status, and Defendant A and Defendant B conspired to perform the overall control over the operation of the gambling site, including public relations of the gambling site, charging, exchange, etc., and G recruited to perform the role of inviting members through telephone, and the remaining diameter.

According to the above public offering, the Defendants and G received money from the members of the above site during the period from March 2015 to May 2015, 2015, and charged them with game money.
