Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2016, the Defendant moved from the view station in Jung-gu, Seoul to the Do newsletter to the Doangdong-dong in Seoul, and went to the front of the Prime Minister's mission, rather than moving to the front of the Doang-dong.

On November 19, 2016, at around 18:05, the Defendant was in a wall connected to the post of the Prime Minister’s mission located in Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul. 95, and was in mind to look at the wall beyond the wall.

Therefore, the Defendant laid the wall with his hand, and entered the wall above the wall, and continued to go beyond the fence, and entered the main part of the Prime Minister’s mission beyond the fence.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed upon the residence of the victim B and his family members.
