Defendant

1. Crimes committed on June 22, 2013;

A. On June 22, 2013, around 12:25, the Defendant committed the crime of interfering with the Defendant A’s business, on the grounds that in K’s “K” in the operation of the victim D (K) located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant brought a lawsuit against the Defendant by raising the Defendant’s complaint and selling it to the customers, and the Defendant was harming the Defendant’s suit displayed to sell.

B. Defendant D’s crime of assault was committed on the date and time set forth in Article 1(a), the victim’s place displayed at the Defendant’s shop in a place set forth in Article 1(a), and the victim’s appearance out of the victim’s arms, brought in the victim’s body out of the place, sealed the victim’s face, and went beyond the victim’s face.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

C. Defendant A and Defendant B violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint assault) committed the crime at the time and place described in paragraph 1(a), and at the place described in paragraph 1(b), the victim D resisted Defendant A’s arms to be taken out, as described in paragraph 1(b), and Defendant A took the victim’s body from the place to the outside, as described in paragraph 1(b), with both hands, and taken the victim’s face into hand, with the victim’s face being pushed back, and the Defendant B got the victim into two hands.

The Defendant committed the crime of interference with E’s business on June 22, 2013, on the ground that around 14:25, the “K” of the victim D’s operation was assaulted.
