A A The fine of KRW 1.5 million, the fine of KRW 1.00,000, the fine of KRW 1.00,000, Defendant C, and Defendant D shall be punished by imprisonment for 6 months, and 2 years.

1. Defendant B and Defendant D were the directors having the power of representation of the K Medical Foundation located in the Si/Gu from November 1, 2010 to April 24, 2013, and were the same L Hospital located in the same location (Ma Hospital prior to the change of name on February 15, 2013, and N Hospital after December 2, 2013) operated by the same corporation. Defendant D is the business owner who had the power of representation of the said corporation from April 27, 2013 to April 24, 2013 and operated the said hospital.

B1) The Defendant worked at the above hospital from November 10 to February 14, 2013, and did not pay KRW 1,000,000,000 to retired workers’ O within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date. 2) The Defendant did not pay KRW 6,213,896 of the employee’s retirement allowance as stated in paragraph 1 within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date. 2) The Defendant did not pay the retirement allowance for four workers within 14 days from the date of each retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date.
B. Defendant D1) The Defendant worked at the above hospital from November 10, 2010 to July 31, 2013, and did not pay KRW 2,455,190 of the wages of workers retired from the hospital within 14 days from the date of the retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment deadline, as described in the attached Table of Crimes (2) Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 13 through 16, 18 through 28, 30 through 32, 35 through 37, 43, 51, 54 through 80, and the Defendant did not pay KRW 14 days from the date of each retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment deadline.
