Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:50 on January 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as an offender in the act of assault and fraud, and (b) committed assault, such as: (c) 112 reporting that a assault case occurred at a singing room “C” in Suwon-si B; and (c) he arrested the Defendant as an offender in the act of assault and fraud; (d) the Defendant sounded “E bitched from the stairs of the singing door,” and her bitched by hand, “E’s bitched bitched bitched from the stairs of the sing door.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the control of crimes.
