A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

(B) On October 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 12, 2013 by imprisonment with prison labor for general goods and fire prevention at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 12, 2013.

1. Violation of the Labor Standards Act;

A. The Defendant is working for the said Co., Ltd. G from May 6, 2011 to May 10, 2012.

The retirement worker I’s total wage of KRW 380,00,000, and the total wage of KRW 8,006,337 of the retirement worker was not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties, as shown in the attached list of crimes 1.

B. The Defendant is working for the said Co., Ltd. during the period from August 25, 2012 to November 26, 2012, from August 25, 2012.

The retirement worker J did not pay 10,760,250 won in total for six retired workers, including 2,000,000 won, within 14 days from the date of retirement, without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, as shown in the attached Table 2.

2. The Defendant violated the Labor Retirement Benefit Guarantee Act shall work from February 7, 2011 to February 17, 2012 in the said bank of accounts.

The retirement allowance of the retired worker, including 1,170,360 won, did not pay 6,795,441 won in total for five retirement allowances of the retired worker within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 3.

3. The Defendant is a person who actually operated the 1st floor and the 2nd floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul FF building in Seoul.
