A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a user who ordinarily employs 55 workers as the actual manager of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 914 and 1414, and engages in the business of providing construction bid information while employing 55 workers as the actual manager of (55) workers at the first to third floor of the F building in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 914 and 1414.

1. The Defendant, at the above stateJ from December 27, 2010 to December 31, 201, did not pay KRW 5,722,845, total of 63,442,939, including 10 retired workers’ wages, etc., within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on extension of the due date between the parties concerned, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).

2. The Defendant did not pay total of KRW 2,824,920,00,00,000 to R employed in the said stateJ from December 28, 2010 to November 30, 201, and did not pay total of KRW 15,265,502, including three workers’ wages, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the due date between each party.

3. The Defendant is working at the place of business of the pertinent week from September 18, 2011 to April 30, 2012.

The retirement S's wage of 2,200,000 won in April 201 and the total of 19,964,196 won in wages and retirement allowances for 5 workers, as shown in the attached list of crimes (3), were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on extension of the due date between the parties.

4. The Defendant is working in the Jeju J from January 16, 2012 to May 31, 2012.

The retirement shall pay 35,048,975 won, including 1,495,010 won of wages in May 2012, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on extension of the due date between the parties, as shown in the Schedule of Crimes (4).
