A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2014, at around 19:15, the Defendant: (a) received a 112 report from the “C” in front of the “A” in Ansan-si B; and (b) received a request from the slope D belonging to the Ansan Police Station, to return home from the Defendant, the Defendant her seat left the back left of the patrol by hand; (c) “Is, shes, shes off, shes off, shes off the back of the patrol; (d) “Is, shes off, shes off, shes off the back of the back of the patrol; (e) Is, “Is, shes off, shes off, shes off the back of the back of the patrol; and (e) assaulted the victim’s her bat with his/her left her bridge, at one time, and her bats off the victim’s bat.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 reports.

The reason for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act is that the crime of obstructing the performance of official duties under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act impairs the authority of the public authority and disturbs the establishment of legal order, and thus, it is necessary to strictly punish the defendant. However, the defendant's decision is made within the scope of the sentencing guidelines [the scope of sentencing of the sentencing guidelines [the degree of obstruction of the performance of official duties, mitigation area (if the degree of violence is minor), imprisonment of one month or month, or imprisonment of 10 months] taking into account various circumstances indicated in the record, such as the defendant's age, character and behavior, and family environment.
