A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 09:45 on April 19, 2014, the Defendant reported that the Defendant’s wife was assaulted by the Defendant at the front end of the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si, the Defendant sought to verify the Defendant’s contents of the report by the head of Ansan Police Station D District E and the head of the security guards affiliated with the Ansan Police Station D District D, which called the Defendant, but the Defendant expressed a desire to check the Defendant’s arm’s length and flab, with the Defendant’s arms and bats, and flad.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on 112 reporting management work.

The reason for sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Social Service Order Criminal Act lies in impairing the authority of the public authority and hindering the establishment of a legal order, and thus, it is necessary to strictly engage in the crime of obstructing performance of official duties. However, the defendant has no record of being sentenced to punishment or a fine exceeding that of the same kind of punishment. In the wrong mind that the police officer cannot arbitrarily enter his/her house without the consent of the person having the right to residence, there are circumstances where the police officer could not arbitrarily enter the crime in this case, and some of the circumstances may be considered in relation to the crime.
