Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the Committee for Countermeasures against Restoration of Victims to Major Labor Union (hereinafter referred to as the “Special Labor Union”) who was the branch of the Jincheon-gun Branch.

1. On March 28, 2015, the Defendant participated with 60,000 major labor union members, etc. in the “Resolution Resolution for the Transition against the Enhancement of National Pension and the Korean Public Official Pension Act”, which was held by the headquarters of a joint strike to stop the public official’s pension reform (hereinafter “public project”), around 14:00 on March 28, 2015, in the Korean Culture Mar. 28, 2015.

2. No person who violates the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within one hundred meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building or participate in such assembly or demonstration with the knowledge of such fact;
