A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:06 on August 16, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) driven a DNA car with approximately 1.8km in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.259% from the “C” located in Gangnam-si B to the intersection of the 428 East Eastern Hospital to the intersection of the blood alcohol level.

The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) caused the injury to the victim H (Nam, 27 years old) who was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol at a rate of 0.259% and was unable to drive normally due to the influence of alcohol, and was driving the said vehicle at the same time and left the intersection of the 428 East University Hospital from the direction of the Gangseo-si Police Station to E elementary school, and did not properly operate the steering gear and proceed to the opposite lane, due to the occupational negligence of the victim Furt (Nam, 23 years old) who was waiting to turn to the left at the opposite lane, and got the victim F of the said vehicle under the influence of the victim H (Seoul, 27 years old) who was in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, and caused the victim H (V) who was taking advantage of the damaged vehicle for about two weeks of treatment, and caused the victim’s injury to the victim’s Ha and the victim’s injury necessary for treatment (I and 23 years old).
