A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 13, 2020, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.153%, the Defendant driven D-learning passenger cars from the East Sea Fisheries Research Institute Fisheries Research Institute to the front of convenience point located in Gangnam-si B at the port of Gangseo-si. While driving the said revolving passenger vehicle at approximately 7.2 km from the front of the C-Leng-si to the front of the C-Leng-si, the Defendant left the line in a state where it is difficult for the Defendant to drive normally due to influence of drinking, caused the victim to suffer from the front part of the G-J passenger car in the direction of the Defendant to the right side of the road and to the front part of the C-V passenger vehicle located in Gangnam-si, and caused the victim to take treatment of the vehicle by leaving the line in a state where it is difficult for the Defendant to drive normally due to influence of drinking, and caused the victim to walk the front part of the vehicle in the direction of the Defendant to the right side of the vehicle, and to see the victim’s public parking lot by leaving the front 4.
